Dr. Prajakta is an excellent dentist and a thorough professional. She has a remarkable ability to inspire confidence in her patients because of her thorough and methodical approach. She is very detailed and transparent in explaining the problems as also their resolution carefully. Due to my toothache and the cavities, I was in a lot of pain. But after getting a root canal and placing a cap on it, the problem completely disappeared. I have been fully satisfied and very happy with my results. Dr. Prajakta has a very good team of experts and assistants. The Clinic is very well managed and is exceptionally clean and hygienic which is commendable. It has modern equipment and devices. I underwent RCT about three years ago. However, I started feeling pain in the same teeth recently. I was advised to take off the bridge and then again undergo RCT and install a new bridge. It was gonna take 5 sittings for the execution. Then, I contacted Dr. Prajakta for the same. She convinced me that RCT can be done by making an incision to the existing bridge in just two sittings and at about 1/5th of the cost estimated by the other dentist. Her self confidence in her abilities is commendable. The entire process was completed without any anesthesia and painkillers. It was a really smooth experience. Dr. Sanchit and Dr. Prajakta did a splendid job. And, the staff was very cooperative too. I strongly recommend Neo Smilez for painless dental treatment. ~ Suresh D
